Georgina was like God send to us. I reached the point to give up but she was always trying to keep me on track and remind me the reasons I am doing this. Oscar would wake multiple times in the night then would not settle at all from 4am onwards. Since working with Georgina we put him to bed and he falls asleep independently without any fuss and sleeps 7pm-7am.

My 13 month old daughter only used to fall asleep while I was cradling her to sleep. Now she falls asleep independently and requires little to no assistance. When our 2nd baby girl was born, I overlooked the possibility that we may experience some bedtime challenges with our eldest, her whole world had all of a sudden completely changed! Loved working with Georgina! I was very apprehensive and nervous emotionally about sleep training but felt super supported by Georgina and also a huge comfort hearing her experiences as a mum! Georgina helped us with our 2 year old and we can’t speak highly enough of the support she gave us. Our little girl would only let Mummy put her bed and was reliant on sleep props. She would often come into Mummy and Daddy’s bed in the middle of the night and it would take us a long time to get through the bedtime routine. Georgina helped us set boundaries and put in place a consistent routine. She also worked with us to understand the wake windows our daughter needed before she would be tired for bedtime. This was game changer for us. Within the space of days of talking to Georgina, the dummy fairy had been to visit, we had removed all sleep props and she had even progressed to a big girls toddler bed. The big thing though was Mummy could have a night out again- no problems now with Daddy doing bedtime and both Mummy and Daddy finally had the bed to themselves at night!! Georgina came to see us the first night and helped in person and then was available on the phone and WhatsApp for support. She’s has a lovely bedside manner, really reassures, comforts and understands and will always do her best to make herself available to help. She put together a really professional sleep plan for us that we have referred to many times since she helped us. Our daughter also felt more part of the sleep routine with visual aids to follow, had a sense of empowerment herself with choices and it was clear that she was happier when there were boundaries in place. We couldn’t have done any of this without Georgina. Having someone to encourage you when you need it, help you make the right choices at the times when you are so tired your brain takes the easy way out, and keep you on a consistent path… this support is invaluable. We will 100% use Georgina again in the future. She has been great!!

We can’t thank Georgina enough for the help she has given our family. Before we found Georgina, our little girl was really struggling to nap longer than 30 mins and we thought she would always cat nap. She really struggled through her wake windows and was never fully rested. Two weeks following Georgina’s sleep programme, she was able to self settle and is now doing at least a 2 hour nap everyday. Georgina was always there to provide support and answer all my questions. We can’t express our gratitude enough!
